Nintendo has recalled all UK copies of Mario Party 8 because: "Unfortunately we have discovered that a small number of games contain the wrong version of the disk due to an assembly error."

According to reports there is an offensive word in the translation of the game, the sentence in question is:

“Magikoopa magic! Turn the train spastic! Make this ticket tragic!”

Overkill? Maybe not if you need to keep your family-friendly image squeaky clean, but let's face it, it's not up there with the recent Manhunt 2 ban, is it?
