New Play Control!
The New Play Control! is effectively an upgrade of several GameCube games for release on the Wii. These re-releases will incorporate graphical improvements (include 16:9 widescreen support) and also feature reconfigured controls to fit the Wiimote.
The first New Play Control! game is set to be a new version of Pikmin followed by Mario Power Tennis and Donkey Kong Jungle Beat. Other games planned for release include Chibi-Robo!, Pikmin 2, Metroid Prime, and Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. Although Pikmin, Pikmin 2, Mario Power Tennis and Donkey Kong Jungle Beat are the only games in the group so far confirmed for an European release.
